Alianzas internacionales

Fue fundada en 1997 por las asociaciones nacionales de Recursos Humanos de Canadá, Estados Unidos y México. La Asociación es el organismo representativo de América del Norte, que representa a más de 300,000 profesionales de RH y los intereses de la profesión en América del Norte.

NAHRMA mantiene contacto con sus organizaciones miembros y con otras nacionales e internacionales activas en el mismo campo o en ámbitos similares. La asociación busca promover, sin fines de lucro, los intereses de la profesión, mejorar la calidad y la eficacia de la gestión profesional, promover y desarrollar el conocimiento e importancia de dichas cuestiones para los sectores público y privado.

It was founded in 1997 by the national human resource associations of Canada, Mexico and the United States. The Association is the North American representative body for human resource management, representing more than 300,000 human resource professionals and the interests of the human resource profession in North America.

NAHRMA maintains contact with its member organizations and with other national and international organizations active in the same or similar fields. The Association seeks to advance, on a non-profit basis, the interests of the human resource profession, improve the quality and effectiveness of professional human resource management, promote and develop knowledge of human resource issues and the importance of such issues to public and private sector organizations.
